About us....

I'm Nina, I am working on my second child as we speak. I reside in the South, but am originally from the West Coast. Much like everyone else, I am just trying to make it to tomorrow. I work full time, school part time, and parent full time-ish... not sure if it counts cause we use daycare. I do my best, but fall short some times... but like I have said I am not perfect, and I don't try to be, who needs that kind of stress? I am annoyingly honest, and sometimes crass. I try to stay fit, but just have to find time to work it in to everything else, and sometimes it falls off of the to do list.


I’m Jenny, working on my first child as we speak, so the title of “mom” is something I’m not yet familiar with. I live on the West Coast, but grew up mostly in the South. My life is pretty normal for a middle class American, I work full time and have a few extracurricular activities I enjoy, many of which I’ve abandoned since pregnancy exhaustion has taken over. Trying to get plenty of sleep now, since I know it is a precious commodity that will soon be taken away from me. Everyone says my life will change in ways I can’t imagine, and I’m sure they are right. I try to be a realist, I know there’s no formula for being the “perfect mom” so my goal is just to do my best and love my little nugget as much as I can.
